Oligarchs, Socialists, and the other. the 3 factions are in agreement that the population is theirs to loot, they disagree on the hierarchal protocols, which produces friction, but its usually ironed out in the deal making. the "other" is a ? mark answered by the darwinist process of exaggeration amplified within the temporal conditions of a cultures predisposition. this is the definition of 3rd path. we have it too more or less. its expedient when at 2 and you have a need to expand your influence under democracy, via voters, you make a deal with a...3rd. no mystery just the evolution of bankrupt agencies and their self interest. this is the 3rd path....expansion of kleptocracy to the number 3... your a front line observer, and need good eyes....find em, use em its a choice, be a server or an observer...duplicity isnt an option.
