sex changes of course another reason for increase in health care costs. A panel should go through covered expenses initiated by states to once again determine if a procedure is really medical and should be covered by insurance. next item should be to review costs and determine fair cost of treatment. why does it cost so much more in one state for a procedure and the same one in another state may be 30/40% less and they achieve the same results.
