My ppo is so extensive I doubt I'd ever feel a need to.

I was in a PPO. Just one doctor in my network would take new patients in my area. He was a kindly old guy, kind of a Marcus Welby type guy. I mainly just needed him to write prescriptions for my various illnesses, diabetes, etc. for me. But, he went further - he kept asking me if I needed anything else, anything at all!

A couple of months later, I was channel surfing the cable channels, and there my kindly doctor was, on TV! He was on a public access channel, preaching that the world was going to end on a specific date a few months from the present! Some would be raptured up, but most would die.

Made me question his dedication to my well being!
