My old Canon SLR had the capability to put a cable shutter release on. These newfangled digital cameras have no such thing.

I wish someone would make a camera that would just take a shot on a set interval - say 15 shots a minute. With a 4 gig card, you could shoot all day and not fill it up.

Check this out. I know the guy who made this video. He has a camera called a Helmet Hero Wide, by GoPro. It straps to the helmet and gives a good perspective.

I note this camera does have the ability to set it to take a shot every 5 seconds.
