That it is a human.

I consider humans to be deserving of human rights. Exactly how we treat humans at different stages of development reasonably differs, for example we don't let toddlers drive or vote or serve in the military. A late state fetus is capable of even less than a toddler, a zygote much less still, but they are all humans, just at different points in development.
