We all can't afford what we want to do Z, I think that's one problem today, separating what people want from what they need. There's people in my family, maxed out with two incomes, living from paycheck to paycheck; it's not just "the big city". Their house is bigger than mine, they both drive nicer vehicles than mine, and their kids get whatever the latest commercials are selling. Living beyond your means is not a necessity, it's a luxury you cannot afford.
