Looking at the institutions that will be at that conference, JMAR has the opportunity to really tell their story. Hopefully we will get one of the firms to start coverage. Its amazing there isn't one major brokerage firm that follows the company and this affects the stock price. First, when companies announce earnings and there are few estimates-a company beating the 1 or 2 estimates is not a big deal as investors don't really believe the estimates are correct. Second, there is less faith in a company that doesn't have a major following as investors fear more risk. Finally, having a major brokerage firm recommend the stock gets the word out and more people hear about the company and then can judge the stock accordingly.

The advance/decline ratio was only 23-22 for the NASDAQ and small company stocks lagged the market. Investors may fear small stocks for awhile until the markets stabilize. I would guess until JMAR issues a press release we may be in a trading range.

I received an e-mail from Equities Magazine confirming that JMAR is scheduled to be at the Winter Conference from December 14th to December 16th at the Delmonico Hotel.

Thanks for the great info Tim. If JMAR is trading above $5 by the time they get to the Equity Magazine conference, I think we have a great chance of getting coverage by some of the brokerage firms attending. Since there should be news out before then, and the Red Chip Review is coming before this, we should be there. You never know with this crazy market. Long-termers should be pleased with all this coverage of JMAR in the next 2 months.
