Rich, The newsletter I make reference to is "The Independent Investor Digest". They don't(usually)list why the analysts that they cover make their particular choices. Therefore, one has to believe in the past performance of each analyst and then use your own criteria for researching any individual stock that might interests you. I use the newsletter solely for the purpose of identifying possible purchases. And then I try to go where the action is. So far for me and my methodologies, the system has worked pretty good. Of the stocks that I mentioned previously, I only own IFCI. This is as complete of an answer that I can possibly give you since I am sure you have read all of the other posts on this thread. dale
