I have been buying and putting the word out around SI and other places. APAT is getting a little extended off it's base so I don't necessarily advocate purchasing it at 8 1/4. People had their chance in the 7's this morning if they wanted some. That doesn't mean that it isn't going higher and isn't worth holding however. It just means that the risks have increased...
