>> Bush dealt the hand. HE invaded Iraq. I don't agree that Bush dealt the hand. AQ dealt the hand on 9/11, Saddam dealt the hand by being uncooperative and just generally being a problem. And the side benefit was that we could fight the bad guys in Iraq instead in the US. Of course, the real benefit has been putting a democracy in Iraq so it can spread throughout the region, as it is trying to (if only Obama would help a little) in Iran.
