Ted has already tried several tactics to avoid answering that questing. The last has been to attack the messenger, very Boxerian of him, aint it.

There is no question Boxer's spew was racist but she was just doing her usual underhanded attempt to discount the character who'd gone to congress with expert testimony, rather than have the testimony stand on its own.

So, is Boxer a racist, and if not, why not, given her remarks?
