But we know the stimulus has been a failure (and we knew it would be before it happened, because there is no evidence that wild spending will help an economy, at all).


You know that how? What parameters are you using to determine that the stimulus is a failure?

Hopefully, the economy will improve. But people should be cautious before assuming that marginal improvements in various statistics represent a trend.

True. But Obama is president.....he is likely to capitalize on those trends and make them stronger.

What we do know is that the so-called "stimulus" isn't going to stimulate a damned thing because it is primarily structured as a welfare program.

You and the Rs know it.....you've known it before Obama even proposed it. You are praying for his failure. And you will be wrong.
