I made two claims both were justified. 1) I claimed Boxer's conduct was racist which it clearly was and the evidence was her presentation and the accurate response it got. 2) I claimed Alford was there to present documentation that would challenge Boxer's proposal. Which he was. I stated that he presented it as a sound document researched by experts. Which is the way presented it and a matter that wasn't challenged. I also made it clear that whether his report proved anything about green energy or not was beside the point I was raising. You've been focusing on this latter nonissue hoping to save face with some sort of lame gotcha but it isn't there. That's called lying. No it isn't, its the unfounded name calling of a sniveling worm (you) after he gets his ass handed to him. It would have been much more honorable and decent of you to recognize Boxer's faux pas from the start or even anytime in the process.
