"Why is it the people who need the most help refuse to get it?" I have no idea why you would have refused help. I figure you surround yourself with caregivers, the kind that tell you you are sick and pathetic and a victim of everyone and everything ... which is sometimes counter productive for people who are hypochondriac victim types like you but you make the choices to suit your self. Its a kind of refusing help since it's more enabling than helpful. The rest of us just get to watch and wonder.
