She named powerful black groups and black spokespersons who did not do any research on this project and were not involved in energy development and had not even expressed support for her proposal while suggesting they would oppose his view. Exactly how do you know that these "powerful black groups and black spokepersons" did not do any research on energy development? You seem to be making a strong presumption that some may say is racially based. Is that true?
