Another problem with government attorneys is that we don't pay well enough to retain the good ones. Another problem is politics rule. One more problem is they too often just see case load and don't realize some cases need to be followed for reasons of principle and actually decrease future case load when run through the system. Lawyers are like anyone else. Their are morons and their are bright people who understand the law, it's genesis and it's purpose.
