I found a curious one at our local cemetery. I cruise them for some reason. Anyhow I found this family plot with the parents now dead and 5 baby girls who all died before their first birthday. I asked my grandma about it and said yes that was so tragic. Crib death she said. And then said they finally had a boy and he is actually still alive. I said nobody found it curious that their girls all died of crib death but their son lived? She was quite for about 30 seconds and she said she had never thought about that nor had she ever heard anyone else mention that but your right, that is damned odd.

The great thing today is that you can take each of those names, and use a few search engines to see if you find more about them....I'm sure you will! Google even has Google Books (dropdown under More) and you'll find all sorts of 1800's books that have been digitized, probably with some of the names you have on that chart!
