"So then, because they an association of black folk, they are not capable of commissioning someone to do some research on energy. Is that what you're telling me?

No that's more of your Boxeresque style of attack the messenger with social opprobrium. I've said no such thing. You slung that allegation to suggest racism where it doesn't exist in an attempt to intimidate me. What a scummy tactic.

The fact is, it was declared in the public hearing that you witnessed, NAACP had not represented itself with research but only as an Association of Black people who as an association support the idea of green job development. They had not endorsed Boxer's bill however.

"How did Alford know this?"

This has already been asked and answered many times. The video has been linked numerous times and the text of his logic for making this clear has been presented.

"He didn't ask Boxer why she was including them in her list. He went from dicussing them to accusing her of racism. It was totally illogical"

She presented a list of powerful black organizations and people who support the notion of green jobs. They hadn't done research on the topic and they weren't green businesses. NAACP isn't a business organization at all, and they did not say they supported her resolution.

He did ask why.

Alford: What does that mean?
Alford:“Why are you doing the NAACP .... the colored people association’s ...?”

Boxer made the assumption that if large powerful black organizations hold a position on a political issue, that should carry wait when speaking to a black person who apposes her position. She was challenged on that assumption and found her foot in her mouth.

Her answer was that she was trying to show support for what she was trying to do. She tried throwing out the word diversity but that wasn't applicable under the circumstances.

"No it wasn't. There is very little evidence. And your butt is hanging out in the wind trying to defend the indefensible. I have asked three people specifically what racist behavior did Boxer manifest......and not one of you can answer the question."

we posted the video.
