How can you cut a primary education system that already ranks 47th in the country? If you had a family, would you want your kids educated in CA?

Of course not.......and guess whose leaving CA in droves. Again, N. CA is not nearly as bad as S. CA. The smartest thing N. CA could have done is broken away and formed its own state when they were talking about it in 1990.
