Posner seems to be considered a conservative, although he's been pretty down on them lately, and he's had some pretty off the wall opinions, but he really doesn't fit for the choice of a lib. pres. But, gosh, it would have been fun to have seen the questioning about his backing legalization of marijuana and lsd, and his belief that partial birth abortions are acceptable under some conditions, and this was my favorite.."buying and selling babies on the free market would lead to better outcomes than the present situation, government-regulated adoption" :)
