John, you are exactly correct that the Zitel claims are technically impossible. There is and will be no magic y2k conversion program. Tools that help, yes. But in the end it always takes hours of programmer work and testing. Programmers Zitel does not have. They have been working on a relatively small conversion project for Nevada for a year now. By their claims it should have been a one week job....
