I don't think tejek is a racist either. I think he lacks a sense of principle all together. He is as likely to use racist tactics as he is to act outraged by someone else using them. That's all Boxer was doing, and why tejek doesn't see it as any big deal, also why he loses credibility in every argument he ever gets in. However, to Alford it was a big deal and it should be to anyone who genuinely cares about racism on principle.

Tejek doesn't seem to hold genuine positions on anything accept as they attach him to extreme left wingism. He is like many political extremists in that way. You will see them take opposite sides on issues depending on which partisan politicians are identified by it. Extremists lack a conscience, that's why they are so attracted the politics as usual game. It's all rules based and makes perfect sense to them. They seem to believe it explains everybody and everything. Depending on their cultural upbringing they could have gone either way, its just a matter of who owns you or who you belong to. Of course the goal is to be an owner...ick

I get this confirmed daily. If I point out some character flaw or disagree with some position on the right, the right wing extremists are bound to call me a left winger and visa versa.

The only humanely sane position is one of personal conscience based on principle and ultimately a commitment to truthfulness. Within that you can live a conservative life and be open to liberal thought, or live a liberal life and be considerate of conservative values. IMO
