I read a book on the disaster a few years ago. One of the end results was the bankrupting of Union Carbide due to lawsuits.

The corp was Union Carbide, not Monsanto


You read a book on the subject yet didn't know it was Union Carbide and not Monsanto? Sounds like you really know WTF is going on with this story.

You lied. Plain and simple. There is zero evidence to suggest that UC located the plant there to eliminate American regulation. In fact, the Indian government was a 49% partner in the project.

In short, you're lying through what's left of your teeth.
