A lawn service is a business. Doors come from home depot. We sell timber. etc etc.

Then they are regulated. Doors have to be a certain spec and meet fire codes. The customer has to be told when timber is not 'clear' and paint ready. Home Depot is required to follow all kinds of regulations. If your home was built since WW II and its in a municipality, there were all kinds of code requirements placed on it. Lawn service in Seattle is regulated.
