Yes, you are right. Although this is the claim that Obama is making-----"got to get these health care costs down" and "insure 44 million people without health insurance"----that's what he is saying. Calling for time for people to read and review what is proposed by Obama and his congress in the 1,000 page bill being considered. Calling for the people to make their own recommendations via local, state and national conferences of the people. The operator was ready to stop taking comments after the first statement: I said politely, I am not finished I have several more points to make. And, left my name which they don't ask for----they do record your call so be polite. That's it ------enough venting today. mj
