I can see that. We're not going to keep her off the court. And we can feel relieved it wasn't Kagan or Wood - reading about those a few months back scared me. Doesn't hurt to make a few points for those people paying attention. Again JMO.

Better to speak up. Clinton’s nomination of Ginsberg was confirmed 96 to 3 and a fat lot of good it did Bush after he was elected.
