Wasteful spending is stimulus. Non-wasteful spending is smart stimulus.

I was just going to post that same article to you.......you do know that Obama pushed to have the F-22 removed from the budget, facing serious opposition in his own party but with support from Gates. I love a president who knows when to cut the budget. Don't you?

We all support killing the F-22, from Obama on down. It may be stimulative, but it's far too inefficient. That plane costs over $50k/hour to OPERATE alone.
