What I know about the Advantage program can be put on the tip of a pin.

As far as I do know, Advantage is full of extensive co-pays. And it is not too far removed from just plain Medicare A & B. With Advantage, A basic Medicare D is part of the package. If you're healthy and like low premiums, Advantage is attractive.

What I'm beginning to realize is why Obama keeps attacking the Advantage program -- it doesn't provide much to the policy holder, and could be axed without a big hit from us seniors because without it, the only real loss is basic Medicare D.
