I have one SI wish, and that is that I would like to see SI Dave become your 1st full time employee. You and me both! I don't like the Admin job, he's better at it than I am, and I just plain enjoy working with him. But, alas, I can't justify or afford an employee yet since we're running out of my pockets while I get the site's business act back together, and I've got a 2-year moratorium on employee poaching. Although.... Nah.. Probably not even worth double-checking. I'm sure that clause covered not only employees, but contractors, neighbors and friends of employees and contractors, and all their yellow dogs.
