If Obama had appointed no white men to important posts within his administration, you might have a point.

Any time anyone is nominated to the High Court, there will be other qualified candidates who could have been chosen instead. As an example, Bush could have appointed Posner, but didn't.

Surely you don't feel that white men are under-represented on the Court, do you?
