Fair enough, but there are plenty of positives that come with the territory as well.

It's these positives that need to be played up and nurtured if we're going to have a chance at dealing with the extreme negatives. Choking the goose that lays the golden eggs is never a winning strategy, but that's what I see more often than not when it comes to CA government.
