Jess Beltz: Very well written rebuttal to Barrons. One Suggestion.

Replace this sentence:
In addition, the stock price has been hammered in the last two months not by anything to do with competition, but rather by one order pushout, the PR of which was not handled very well, followed by a series of three to four rumors, all of which were denied by management and have since proved untrue (see the recent the Donaldson-Lufkin- Jenrette upgrade).

With this:
Since September there have been a series of three to four dubious rumors about CYMI, all of which were denied and proven untrue by management, customers, industry experts and Donaldson-Lufkin-Jenrette (see the DLJ upgrade report).

Just a suggestion.

Great idea and letter - Barrons has been known to publish these types of factual responses to their articles. If Akins or Angus did this it would also be a big plus.

Good Luck To Each And All

Nice letter Jess. I recommend that you not take exception the "bulb" in reference to Cymer's DUV laser as it is a common shorthand designation used in the litho industry. Indeed, I heard even Bob Akins refer to the litho illumination source as the "bulb" and "lamp". Everything else in your letter is factual and well written. Regards, Tulvio
