Question: Do the 900,000 shares of Bema going to PDG have to come from "Treasury" or could ,say, Clive sell PDG his shares ? Do the 1,140,000 shares of Arizona Star have to come from Treasury or could, say, a director just sell his shares to PDG ?????

Sir, please don't forget thet there has to be a supply of stock to satisfy the short position. Why not tax-loss selling?
