No. There are more than one factor in evaluating gold stocks. Look at Alamos Gold. This is a benchmark stock. Alamos is at full valuation based on current gold price. This is the target MC that stocks producing 150-200,000 ounces should reach.

Of course there are always specifics, but it gives you a good idea.
