There is a record. She does exactly what you do only she is better at it. She at least has appeared to get away with it on past occasions. You, on the other hand, are the most frequently discredited poster on SI. That may only be because you post more than bentway and his like. She attempts to redirect the discussion to disqualify the person who is bringing facts that bear on the topic, rather than engage in genuine discussion about the topic that would be informative, or that would further its development. She does it in underhanded and often personally insulting ways that would be disarming to most unprepared individuals. This tactic is a horrible disservice to the public she is supposed to serve. She says why she does it, she is trying to build support. However, building support while blocking efforts to get all the facts in, is not appropriate. Alford was prepared. The obvious question for any rational being should be 'why do that?' The obvious answer is that the person who does that is trying to pull the wool over somebody's eyes. So when I see people/you doing that I usually make an effort to see what is being veiled. In your case it is never difficult.
