Old wood buildings like that would never last in the Northwest. Thing that preserves them is the lack of humidity and rain.

Is it my imagination working overtime, or does that building look like some of the inhabitants that might have lived there...The building looks like a face...one lid closed, one open, and a whole bunch of teeth knocked out, and the body definitely is leaning, as if it might have had a bit too much booze...
