Neither party must be on the internet. That's the beauty of
it. It might be awhile before South America is included, but
you never know. Many companies are coming out with these
products, even POT to POT, FTEL's quality is reportedly superior.

At the moment FTEL does not provide international calls.(to call Canada you do not dial 001). As of now they got 4 TEMPESTS in LA,NY,Atlanta and Tampa. One can call to one of those locations and then dial long distance calls(us only).

Regarding the card I will suggest to you to call 1-800-frankln and ask H.West how you can get the card.

FTEL plans to cover 250 cities in the US by the end of 1997(sound very ambitious to me).

I can just repeat in saying that the Quality of the calls was/is SUPERB.

FTEL gave out the cards for free, for the people that came to the meeting on Monday in NYC. Those cards will be expeired by 01/01/1998.

Call H.West and find out if they give it out.
