Looking seriously at FTEL for the first time - question for knowledgeable thread members - what is the relationship going to be between ftel and fnet - web site says they will ipo fnet to raise $100 million (at 10 to 15 per share). Does this mean if you buy ftel you have no ownership in fnet. Anyone know the details? Thanks in advance. The concepts sound good. May try to get a card myself.

Enjoy the day.
