I don't necessarily agree with or disagree with those people I listed on substantive topics. I'd have to consider each issue separately.

I think partisanism is, well, not the most noble condition for a human being to commit themselves to. It is definitely not compatible with free thinking philosophy. Peops who claim it is come across as very entangled and needy.

I rarely agree with any one person on every one of their positions, unless it is someone who only has recorded positions that are proverbial, and even then I am selective and interpret proverbs and ancient sayings as it suits me. If I had to live with such a person, I'm pretty sure we could find things to differ on. Did Jesus hog the blanket, probably not; did he snore, did his shit stink, probably; how about that lard bucket Confucious, yeah I bet he farted a lot, but I like reading his sayings.

You can critique the political positions of those people on my list and I think that is just fine. However, it is my observation that Rice et al have been the target of persecution, an injustice which is race based with no other foundation. Any objective person should be able to see that. I do consider such injustice my business, where in to the extent that I am able to object to it, I've an obligation to speak up. JMO
