Well I don't know there is what he says and there is what is in the bill and there is what they will eventually pass. Three different things. I never watch Presidential news conferences or even debates. They are just lies and deceptions for the most part. Apparently he admitted earlier in the day he was not familiar with the section we were discussing today. I find that hard to believe.
