Unless the battery goes dead because the lights were left on, it's a sure sign it's dying and the time it will hold a charge will become shorter and shorter. Better just to bite the bullet and get a new one.

That just happened to me. Dead battery and no reason for it. I didn't mess around with charging it up - been there. Just bought a new one and voila - it works. :)

For those of you who are interested in animals, Jorj's dad was one of the founders of the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care. They have 6 orphaned bear cubs that they keep a webcam on - pretty cute.
