Lived in England and used the NHS and even had a doctor make a house call on a weekend, no charge ...amazing to one from the USA. I also used a private doctor (ear specialist) recommended by a colleague to cure an intermittent but persistent ear infection that my ear doctor in the States had never been able to resolve. So my first hand experience with UK health care was good and my colleagues, mostly Tories, would never consider changing the NHS for our so called "system??"

However, I really did not know that many Brits with private jets so I can't speak for your "Dad's" many "cousins" who need to come to the USA for "treatments".
