East Asia holder Disbrow increases holdings to 10.78% 2008-10-14 18:17 ET - News Release Shares issued 55,645,372 EAS Close 2008-10-10 C$ 0.20 Mr. Robert Disbrow reports Robert Disbrow has acquired indirect ownership of 273,500 common shares in the capital of East Asia Minerals Corp., representing approximately 0.5 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding common shares. After this acquisition, Mr. Disbrow owned and exercised control or direction over a total of 5,998,800 common shares in the capital of the issuer or approximately 10.78 per cent of the outstanding common shares of the issuer. The common shares were acquired for investment purposes by Mr. Disbrow through the TSX Venture Exchange for cash at an average per share price of 20 cents. Mr. Disbrow intends to evaluate these holdings and to increase or decrease his investment in the issuer as circumstances warrant.
