Camera phones...

I had a crazy episode with being pulled over for driving the speed limit. I let him know that I put on cruise control at speed limit minus one when he started his theatrics of speeding and slowing in the next lane to try and throw my reaction off. He was at it for a good 10 minutes or nearly equivalent miles. Finally he got bored and pulled me over for driving an 'unsafe' speed given road conditions, it rained at 3pm and I was on the way to the airport to pick someone up at 8pm.

I let him know I would be documenting the road conditions by taking photos of the dry road with my cell phone camera timestamped to GPS time. Additionally, I'd refute any argument about pacing or radar detection due to using cruise control. He must have lacked any measurement on my at speed limit minus one and argument about unsafe driving conditions would have been easily overcome by a photo of road + his APB in frame. He took ID and insurance back to his car to presumably check for my lack of warrants and came back to my car with an excuse that he couldnt give me my ticket because some unsafe driver in bad road conditions caused a fatality he had to respond to.

I didn't think of the baited crack toss/plant... That would have thrown a loop in the above situation. Although that was my first pull over in 12 years, it may be time to consider rolling video capture from cell phone in the event I am flagged for pull over again. I'd suggest all others to consider similar.
