I am sorry you can't seem to glean the answers to your questions from this thread,it is always clogged up with BS so it is difficult.I do have a suggestion for you and that is call Morkie and get his side of the story and then call Gary Morgan and get his side and make a decision.Provided that you yourself are not a liar you should be able to discern who is telling the truth.I have spoken to both Morgan and Breton on several occasions since my first investment in OVIS which was purchased on May 19,'97.My discipline involves reevaluating a company when it's situation changes so with each new direction the company takes I investigate and formulate an opinion as to the validity of management's tactics. The redundant questions you pose have all been answered to my satisfaction by Mr. Morgan as recently as Monday of this week. You want answeres?,call 954 565 9292 and ask him yourself.Peace,Randy

Hey Kenny, read the 8K again, this has been discussed already, it's not a deadline, why there's a date, I'm not sure, but it's not a deadline. Thought your expertise was reading these things? ;-)

If the Equity Capital is not funded by October 25, 1997, or such later date as mutually agreed to by the parties, the Agreement will be terminated automatically.

I just heard a very reliable source that RMIL did not get the 5 million
dollars in cash, but instead the investors placed the sum of:

10 MILLION dollars in CASH into RMIL!!!!!

I called the company to verify this information, but of course Gary Morgan,
nor Roland could confirm this.

I believe my sources of this information, and will be looking for a company
press release in a few days. I think I surprised Gary with this question
and information that I have!!!!
