But I don't think that I actually do....

For example, I don't know anything about what the wage scales actually are, (I couldn't quote 'em to you if my life depended on it), now how they are applied, or if there are any regional differences allowed, etc.

I know 'roughly' what it is, and that is about it. Never bid on a federal project. :-)
