USD below 78.50 and testing June lows right now. Anyone betting on a big bounce?

No, that's not the way it is. Production came up very fast from the Barnett Shale. I know, because I was invested in Mitchell, which pioneered the process, and followed it closely.

There is plenty of gas in storage for next winter, and more easily available.

The United States now has about a ten-year window of something approaching energy self-sufficiency. But it will probably fritter it away instead of building enough nuclear/solar/wind projects.

I have not tried to figure out which gas producers will make money; maybe none of them will make a lot because of the ample supplies.
