This is huge news -- which Robert Gintel predicted on this thread.

The deal gives Integrion warrants for 10 million shares at just under $21 a share -- a hefty discount.

How dilutive will this be?

"Financial terms" were not announced. Sure hope Pete Kight didn't have to give away too much to get this deal. Any thoughts?

Now the other shoe has dropped and the fat lady has sung. Enjoy the aria.
Before it's over Checkfree should have a lock on bill presentment and bill payment in partnership with IBM and virtually the entire banking industry. In seems inevitable that CitiCorp (now an Integrion member) and Bank of America's California operations will soon come under the tent too.
Checkfree's faithful and loyal long term holders undoubtedly will soon reap rich rewards for their patience.
