If it can be proven that Thomas Daniel or someone in his office leaked the document, then he's got trouble. As for his findings, I think he may well be correct. Palin seems to be skating on thin ice with her legal trust fund, because there's no exemption to allow it under Alaska law. She can fight this in a formal hearing if she wants to, but I continue to fear that she and her friends will get sucked into a legal vortex over one of these ethics complaints.
