Not the same, the woman caller was there so Gates knew it had to do with him being locked out. Not that he was just strolling into his house

Not so, Lindy. The cop was on his way out the door and Gates chose to follow him and escalate. He was warned and continued to escalate. Fault lies with him.

I'm sick and tired of these race baiting blacks and how everyone backs down to them.

Good for the Sargeant for cuffing the guy and taking him to the station.
